- Over the past few years, I have gained extensive experience in product development and common processing technologies for automotive interior products in a large number of projects
- Years ago, when the term 3D printing was still rather unknown, the use of other technologies such as rapid prototyping (Laser sintering) and reverse engineering (Laser scanning) was successfully used for sample and small series production
- The range of products covered is diverse:
- Active and passive restraint systems
- Instrument panels and center consoles
- Complete front/rear seats
- Door panels
- Headliner and pillar trims
- Luggage compartment panels and covers
- Various trim and functional parts made of SLS, GRP, CFRP
- This expertise is rounded off by in-depth knowledge of project management and series production launches, particularly in cooperation with multicultural teams in Europe, the USA, Mexico, Canada, Brazil and China
